Government similarities between Brazil and Australia

what are similarities in brazils government and australia’s government? anyone have any insight

There are more differences than similarities. A similarity is that the federal capital of Brazil is Brasilia, and the counterpart in Australia is Canberra. Both cities were planned and build to be the new capital of their respective countries. It is where the headquarters of the representatives, and the three powers are located. The construction of Canberra came first, and the construction of Brasilia had some inspirations, but not direct influence. Both were constructed in 20th century. I would say this is one aspect that is similar between the two governments. On the other hand despite both being federal democracies, Australia is part of the commonwealth and responds to the King of the UK. Brazil has a president that is both the chief of govenment and the head of the state. Brazil do not have a prime minister, the president is responsible for both the roles. I consider that there are more differences than similarities.
